====== Error code 002-0101 ======

This error code can indicate either an outage with the servers or a missing serial number on the console. Try checking the [[https://forum.pretendo.network/|Pretendo forums]] to see if there are current problems with the servers.

If there are no ongoing issues with the servers, the console may be missing its serial number from the SecureInfo file. Run a [[https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:Ctrcheck|CTRcheck]] on the console, and if it says ''Warning: inspect.log serial does not match SecureInfo.'', ''Warning: inspect.log not found.'' or ''Warning: 2:/sys/log folder not found, meaning inspect.log also not found.'' then the console's serial number has likely been tampered with and you will need to ask for help in the [[https://discord.gg/nintendohomebrew|Nintendo Homebrew]] Discord server.
