Ban Error Codes
These are the ban error codes currently used by Pretendo. Getting one of these codes means your console or account (PNID) has been banned either from Juxtaposition or all of Pretendo. Error codes not listed here are not actual ban codes
Nintendo 3DS
002-0102: This console or the associated friend profile is banned from all game servers. The associated PNID is likely not banned however, and Juxtaposition should still be usable if the console isn't banned.
015-5007: This PNID is permanently banned from accessing Juxtaposition. If the reason is not shown, visit
https://juxt.pretendo.network to check the reason.
015-5008: (to be fixed to 015-5007, 5008 is intended to be used for restricted, not banned) This PNID is temporarily banned from accessing Juxtaposition.
022-2802: This PNID is permanently banned from all aspects of Pretendo Network.
022-2812: This console is permanently banned from all aspects of Pretendo Network.
Wii U
102-2802: This PNID is permanently banned from all aspects of Pretendo Network.
102-2812: This console is permanently banned from all aspects of Pretendo Network.
106-0306: Permanently banned from accessing online services in Mario Kart 8.
106-0346: Temporarily banned from accessing online services in Mario Kart 8.
115-5007: This PNID is permanently banned from accessing Juxtaposition. If the reason is not shown, visit
https://juxt.pretendo.network to check the reason.
115-5008: (to be fixed to 115-5007, 5008 is intended to be used for restricted, not banned) This PNID is temporarily banned from accessing Juxtaposition.
Custom Pretendo codes
These error codes are only used by Pretendo Network.
598-0010: Temporarily banned from Juxtaposition, details are shown on prompt.
598-0011: Permanently banned from Juxtaposition, details are shown on prompt.
Appealing a Ban
To appeal a ban, make a support post on the forums, mentioning that you are appealing a ban in the title.
