It looks like you are using a custom DNS whilst trying to access a Nintendo Network service (probably for Wiimmfi).
Disable your custom DNS and the service should work normally. You can do this in System Settings > Internet Settings > Connection Settings > Select a connection > Change Settings > DNS and set auto-obtain DNS to Yes.
